What is you processing time?


Our current processing time (the time from when you order to when it's ready to be shipped) will be 10-14 business days. You will receive an order and shipping confirmation so you can track your pups happy mail.




Do you ship internationally?


Yes, we ship internationally! However, we are not responsible for covering any custom or duty fees.




Do you except returns or exchanges?


All products are handmade therefore we can not except returns or exchanges at this time. If you find that there is something wrong with your order within 24 hours of receiving it, please contact us and we will try our best to make it right for you. We cannot replace or refund products that have been damaged by your pet.




Can you custom size a bandana?


If you would like to custom size a bandana to make it fit larger or smaller please write the sizing in the notes or DM me on Instagram and i will try my best to custom size your bandana. If you would like extra snaps on a certain bandana feel free to write in the notes or DM me.




How long will shipping take?


Once your package has been dropped off at the post office, shipping time is out of our control. It should arrive within 3-5 days, but could be delayed depending on where you are located. (International shipping may take longer)




Can you customize a bow/bow tie?


Yes i can! If you want a certain fabric that we have in a collection to be a bow/bow tie that isnt already i will custom make it for you. Feel free to let me know in the notes or DM me. If you want a larger or smaller bow/bowtie feel free to contact me aswell.

What happens if i put my address in wrong?


Please make sure to double check your address! If you notice you put in the wrong address after you've already ordered, message us right away and we will fix it for you.
